Who We Are

ARAIN is operated by ARAIN LLC, a company registered in Michigan, United States. For anything in this policy, write to us at support@madebyarain.com.

What We Collect

Waitlist. Your email address or phone number, your consent choices, and the time you signed up. If you arrived through a referral link, the referral code is kept in your browser for up to 30 days. Campaign parameters from the link you arrived on are kept for the session. Both are saved with your signup.

Model and ambassador applications. Your name, email, phone, city and state, confirmation that you are 18 or older, your Instagram and TikTok handles and approximate follower counts, your sizes, and your height on the model form. Where the form asks, we also collect agency status and name, availability, experience, rate expectations and notice, and your consent choices.

Orders. Checkout is handled by Shopify. It collects your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone and order details. Card numbers are handled by Shopify's payment processors and never reach us.

Support and cancellation requests. Your name, email, order number and message.

Site analytics. The page path and time of a visit. Our host, Lovable, also records page views, referrer and browser type.

Advertising. The Meta pixel sets the _fbp cookie and sends page views and cart and checkout events to Meta so we can measure our ads. We do not pass your name or email to Meta from this site.

Why We Use It

Waitlist details let us confirm your signup and send launch news and product updates, by email or by text where you have opted in. Application details let us review your application and get in touch about the programme. Order details let Shopify take payment and let us make, ship and support your order. Support and cancellation details let us answer you and act on your request. Analytics tell us which pages are visited so we can improve the site. Advertising data tells us whether our ads are working.

Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with service providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages), Shopify (checkout and payment), Lovable (hosting and analytics) and Meta (ad measurement). Each handles your information only to provide its service to us. We do not sell personal information.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing. The providers that send our messages act on our behalf only.

Cookies and Similar

Your cart, wishlist and currency choice are kept in your browser's storage so they are there when you come back. When we open a preview, an early-access cookie remembers that your browser has been let in. The Meta pixel sets the _fbp cookie. Our host records analytics as described above.

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. When your browser sends it, the Meta pixel does not load.

Your Choices

Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser to keep the Meta pixel off. Your browser's cookie settings let you clear or block cookies and site storage.

Your Rights

Whatever state you live in, you may ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Write to support@madebyarain.com. We answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the email address or phone number on the record before we act.

How Long We Keep It

Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Applications are kept for 12 months after the programme decision. Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting. Support and cancellation records are kept for 2 years.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Model and ambassador applicants must be 18 or older.

Security

Your information is held by providers that encrypt it in transit and at rest, and access on our side is limited to the people who need it to run the store. No method of storage is completely secure, so if you believe your information has been misused, write to us and we will look into it.

SMS and Text Messaging

Phone numbers are collected only when voluntarily provided with your consent at signup. By opting in (the SMS checkbox is always unchecked by default) you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and account-related text messages from ARAIN, such as waitlist updates, early access invitations, order updates, and launch announcements. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@madebyarain.com.

Changes to This Policy

When we change this policy we post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we tell you by email first.
