These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ARAIN, operated by ARAIN LLC, including this website, orders placed through it and our SMS program. By using the site, placing an order or opting in to messages, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live to place an order. Ambassador and model applicants confirm on the application form that they are 18 or older.
Orders and Pre-Orders
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email.
A pre-order reserves your piece from the first run. It ships on or before Friday, November 6, 2026. If that date slips, we email you a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund.
You may cancel any order at any time before it ships at madebyarain.com/cancel. Once a piece has shipped, returns and exchanges follow our Returns page.
ARAIN Updates: SMS Program
Program name: ARAIN Updates.
Description: waitlist confirmation, launch announcements, and product updates from ARAIN.
Message frequency: varies (typically 1 to 4 messages per month).
Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state and federal courts located in Michigan, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
When we change these terms we post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
