Return Policy

At ARAIN, we want you to love every piece you purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must include original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Log into your account and submit a return request
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label
  3. Ship the package back within 30 days

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Sale and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Defective or Wrong Item

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@madebyarain.com with photos and order number. We will resolve it quickly.

Lost or Stolen Returns

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return packages.
